John Hinton broke the indoor mile 45-49 age group World Record on Saturday (he ran 4:20.18, breaking the old record by 1.5 seconds) and maybe, just maybe, we can get him to say a few words about it …

      Holy Molies!! Congrats John! I seriously can’t believe I am so blessed to run with all you amazing CAC-ers.

      Also, John you are in the USATF latest magazine. I am going to bring it to work and scan in the picture. It’s about the year in pictures and there is one of John in full CAC garb.

      This record would not be possible without a great coach and group of guys
      to train with. I guess being dragged in the fall wasn’t so bad after all.
